What you send us

The form collects your name, contact email, proposed dates, number of adults and rooms, bathroom preference and any optional organisation, stay frequency, VAT invoice request or other requirements you provide. Please do not send payment details or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss suitable room options and terms. Sending an enquiry does not hold a room or create a reservation, and does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in Squarespace and delivered to our reservations email inbox so we can manage your enquiry.
